1. What should I prepare for my first design consultation?
To help us make the most of our initial meeting, we recommend bringing your builder-provided 2D floor plan, site photos, and a few reference images of interior styles that you like. Knowing your estimated budget and possession timeline also helps us suggest appropriate materials and configurations.
2. Do you charge for the initial consultation and site visits?
Our initial consultation—where we discuss your requirements, sketch rough layout concepts, and present material swatches at our Bangalore studio—is completely free. Once you decide to move forward, we conduct a professional site measurement and laser inspection to capture precise dimensions, which is included in the project plan.
3. Can I visit your automated manufacturing plant?
Yes! We encourage clients to visit our automated production facility in Bangalore. You can witness our German CNC machinery, beam saws, and PUR hot-melt edge-banders in action, and review raw BWP/BWR plywood sheets before they are cut. Please coordinate with your dedicated design consultant to schedule a factory tour.
